Our Story
It started in 2017 — with elephants and open roads.
What started in 2017 as a family-driven passion for sharing the raw beauty of South Africa has grown into something far bigger — and far bolder. Founded by Janina Parker from the wildlife-rich Eastern Cape, Into Tours began with elephants, open roads, and a genuine love for showing the world what South Africa is truly made of.
Fast forward to today, and we've evolved.
Melissa Bouwer joined Janina and together they decided to scale Into Tours to a whole new level. We're no longer just a tour operator — we are a full-service Destination Management Company (DMC), combining the warmth and personal touch of our roots with the operational expertise, industry connections, and creative flair that modern travel demands.
From the iconic landscapes of the Cape Peninsula and the Big 5 of Addo Elephant National Park, to the rolling vineyards of Stellenbosch and the dramatic coastline of the Garden Route — we don't just show you South Africa. We bring it to life.
